Terra Field Trans Netflix Employee Suspended
Terra Field Land Field is a trans Netflix worker who was suspended after a Twitter string standing firm against transphobic remarks on the new Dave Chapelle exceptional, “The Closer,” The Verge detailed. Sources advised The Verge the suspension was because of Field attempting to enter a gathering she was not welcomed to join in, the media source detailed.
Field’s LinkedIn page says she is a senior programmer at Netflix, situated in San Francisco, California. Netflix didn’t give remark to The Verge about Field’s suspension. The Verge was the principal media source to report the story.
Field didn’t remark straightforwardly on the suspension, yet composed on Twitter, “I simply need to say I like everybody’s help. You’re the very best, particularly when things are troublesome.”
A couple of moments later, she stated, “Somebody I visited with on Grindr years prior just informed me to let me know they’re glad for me for supporting myself. Genuine allyship in that general area.”

Field composed an extended Twitter string October 6, 2021, reacting to remarks Chapelle made with regards to the trans local area on his new Netflix unique, “The Closer.” She said Chapelle “assaults the trans local area, and the actual legitimacy of transness.”
“Being trans is in reality beautiful interesting, in case you’re somebody who really thinks about the topic,” she proceeds to say. “How should chipping in briefly adolescence *not* be entertaining? However, that isn’t the thing he is doing. Our reality is ‘entertaining’ to him – and when we object to his mischief, we’re ‘annoyed’.”
Field proceeded with the string, posting instances of dangerous viciousness against trans individuals. The primary tweet in the string had 13,500 retweets October 11, 2021.
