Lubbock’s 76-year-old father, Terry, with deadly prostate cancer, said after the arrest: “There’s so much going on in my head. I can’t get my head around.

“But it’s been 20 years. It almost killed me.”

The arrest came a few days after Terry Lubbock, when he pressed for a second investigation, said an informed witness hoped he would “break” soon.

The grieving father said that some of the people at the party must live under “terrible” pressure.
