Sean Lannon Wiki – Arrest, Murder Charged
A man accused of the beating of a New Jersey resident who allegedly sexually abused him as a child is now accused of murdering his ex-wife and two other people in New Mexico.
The new charges came about a week after investigators searched a home in Grants city, about 80 miles west of Albuquerque, where Sean Lannon, his ex-wife and children lived.
Lannon was accused of first-degree murder and falsifying evidence in all three deaths, as well as kidnapping in relation to two victims who were not his ex-wives.
killed In New Mexico Were Identified
Ex-wife Jennifer Lannon, 39, Matthew Miller, 21, and Jesten Mata, 40, and, Randal Apostalon, 60, Albuquerque, who was killed in New Mexico.
Sean Lannon is accused of the death of his ex-wife Miller and Mata. The charges regarding Apostalon’s death have not yet been opened.
NJ.com reports that Mata and Jennifer Lannon are in a relationship.
Authorities Jennifer Lannon, Miller, and Mata are known to be friends and Apostalon lives outside of her car and travels for money. The remains of Jennifer Lannon and three others were found inside Apostalon’s car, located in a parking lot at Albuquerque airport, on March 5, about a month after her disappearance was reported.
Daniel Lemos, 45, collaborates with investigators on the case after an unrelated arrest and is being questioned about Grants’ disappearances, but not about the deaths. Authorities are also investigating Sean Lannon’s allegations that he killed 11 more people in New Mexico, but police said there were no records of missing persons or other police reports suggesting potential victims in the area.
Authorities said in court documents that Lannon, 47, had admitted to the additional murders in a telephone conversation with a relative.
Lannon remains in detention in New Jersey on charges involving first-degree murder, theft, robbery, and theft resulting from the murder of Michael Dabkowski.
According to a statement, Lannon is accused of breaking into his home in New Jersey, 66, just south of Philadelphia, and beating him to death with a hammer.
Lannon told researchers that Dabkowski sexually abused him as a child when he was a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters and went home to get sexually explicit photos.
Investigators did not say whether they produced any sexually explicit photographs to confirm Lannon’s story.
Dabkowski’s body was found on March 8, three days after the remains were found in New Mexico.
Lannon’s 10th of March in St. Louis allegedly stole his wallet and drove Dabkowski’s car when he arrested him. Authorities are not sure why it is in Missouri.
At that time, he was considered a person interested only in the New Mexico murders, and detectives from Albuquerque were sent to St.Petersburg to interview him before he was returned to New Jersey. He went to Louis. Deputy Attorney General Ronald Appleby declined to comment on the New Jersey accusation. The hearing of this case will be held on April 8. Sean and Jennifer Lannon lived in New Jersey and were married about eight years ago and filed for divorce – before Sean moved to New Mexico for his job in 2017.
The court records regarding the couple’s divorce and custody case tell Sean Lannon that the couple took sole custody of their three children in 2019, and a protective plan of the New Mexico Department of Children, Youth and Families solely about the potential for negligence due to their mother’s prescription drug abuse.
Relatives say Sean Lannon flew to New Jersey in early March with the couple’s three children – 6 and 7-year-old girls and a 4-year-old boy.
He took them to his family’s house and left again, saying that he would search for his ex-wife, whom he allegedly ran away with his friends. His parents were worried, saying that being childless is not like him.
When Sean Lannon left New Jersey, he took a ride to Virginia, then returned to New Jersey, where he entered a house in Elk Town before heading to Dabkowski’s home.
When Elk County was broken into, Lannon was accused of theft and possession of weapons.
It is unclear what Lannon was doing in Virginia.
The children are now in the case of Jennifer Lannon’s parents who raised more than $ 19,000 on GoFundMe for their maintenance.
When Lannon admitted to having committed 16 murders before, he claimed to have torn several people apart at his home in New Mexico, according to NJ.com.
“He confessed to killing a total of 16 people, 15 in New Mexico and 16 in New Jersey State,” said Gloucester Deputy County Attorney Alec Gutierrez.
Lannon served in the US Army from 1999 to 2003 and received an honorable discharge from the military.
WPVI reports that Lannon has a history of drug addiction and a violent record.
His lawyer requested a pre-trial release in connection with the New Jersey murder, but was denied by the judge.
