Speaking in the mirror, Naomi said, ‘Victor is not a monster, he is a human.
I never planned to fall in love with a prisoner in my wildest dreams, but it did and I wouldn’t change that.
Victor is the kindest man I know. People can judge without knowing the full story, but I can’t imagine my life without it. ‘The 26-year-old plans to fly to the US to visit Victor this summer, with the intention of getting married in Macomb Prison in early September.

Victor is expected to be behind bars until 2034, but Naomi says the state of Michigan will vote for the Good Conduct Act next year, which could mean that if she acts while in jail, she will be released early.
