Authorities said the deputy headmaster of a high school in San Bernardino County was arrested on charges of repeatedly sexually abusing a girl aged 7 and 8 at the time of the alleged crimes.
Matthew Lin Johnson, 42-year-old deputy headmaster at Oak Hills High School, was accused of continued sexual abuse of a child last week, including immoral and lustful acts of a child under the age of 14, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Johnson was held in the county jail and detained without bail.
Officials said there was currently no evidence that Johnson had “improper contact with students at the school”.
