The Lake County Deputies were doing a standard weapon search when they felt something “soft but hard” in each of their pockets during Parker’s arrest. Parker said he had guns, but they couldn’t find any place on his person. After it was read, lawmakers asked Parker if he knew where his uncle Ronal Wells Jr. was. He paused and after a short silence asked them if they wanted to know where he was.
He then took his ears out of his pocket, according to the statement of probable reason filed in his case.
“This is the place where Parker is located,” he said.
Wells Sr. both ears were missing and there were four stab wounds to his chest. Law enforcement arrived at the scene around 18:45. Saturday, March 13th, and found Wells Sr. dead on the front porch. Parker stood next to the body with “bloody hands and arms”. Wells was “covered in blood”. When they arrived at the authorities, Parker said Wells had attacked him and was able to neutralize him, and then stabbed him in the “heart”.
In another conversation before his arrest, he claimed that Wells grabbed a large kitchen knife and “came to him with him.” He said they were smoking marijuana before that and they got into an argument. At that time, Parker did not suffer any injuries and refused medical attention.
Parker had an apron saying “Family Butcher” with Plastic Ears Attached to the Bedroom Wall.
Detectives searched the house during their investigation and made an unusual discovery, writing it on the court documents. In Parker’s room, they found an apron that read “Family Butcher” on the wall. Bloody plastic ears were attached.
Authorities found additional evidence at home. They placed a large kitchen knife on a table, drops of blood on the floor, and an aluminum baseball bat with blood stains on the porch. Authorities said there was blood all over the kitchen, on the knife and in the kitchen sink.
Wells suggested in a meeting with officials that the cannabis “may have been linked to an unknown substance.” Parker’s next hearing is scheduled for April 5th, on charges of resisting arrest and opposing the police officers’ trial. The next day in the court for murder is scheduled for April 22nd.

When Parker asked if his attorney could take his gun, the authorities were turning Wells’ ears into evidence, writing it down on court documents. “Can I have your gun?” Parker asked the Lake County Deputy Sheriff Mercer.
In the Lake County Sheriff’s Office court documents, Mercer replied “no” and Parker “sat in silence for a few minutes”, allegedly attacking lawmakers. He allegedly grabbed another law enforcement agency’s eraser and firearm with each hand and tried to unsheath them. He was accused of punching, kicking and heading three lawmakers.
Authorities said he fought lawmakers and resisted when ordered to stop, kicked them, shot them and tried to take their guns. They were flattened by the ongoing fight, they said. He was eventually handcuffed, but the police said he kept kicking them until his legs were in shackles. EMS took her to the hospital for medical treatment. He was medically cleared after a short time and taken to prison.

Authorities later took a butcher knife from the table and stabbed Wells in the neck and chest, Parker said.
Parker also admitted that his grandfather had cut off his ears, but they did not say if he had made any statements to do so. Wells cut one of her arms off hard, but Parker said Wells hadn’t cut her arms off. Authorities described the wounds in Wells’ arms as defensive wounds.
“Kolby said he wanted his grandfather to be with his late grandmother and it was time to go,” the authorities wrote in his statement.
This was not the first time the Lake County Sheriff’s Office had met Parker. He was arrested in Paisley, Florida, on September 17, 2019, on a warrant from Volusia County, according to prison records. He was booked for a $ 5,000 bond and remained in Lake County Prison for about a week until bail was paid.
