A man met Cristina Ortiz-Lozano through the popular dating app of Hotel receptionist Vincente Breso-Biosca when a man took to a court to be stabbed to death by his ‘jealous ex’ by kicking the door of his Tinder date.

During the hearing, Abdulaziz El Yechioui Ourzat was seen watching the couple “hiding in the shadows” on CCTV, while they were sitting in a bar at their appointment.

The jury was told that Ourzat followed them to Miss Ortiz-Lozano’s home before stabbing them in her kitchen 23 times with a knife, Prosecutor Kerry Maylin described 30-year-old Ourzat as “the jealous ex-boyfriend with a tantrum.” a frantic attack on him, very simply because he dated a man and not Mr. Ourzat the night he was killed. ”

Today at the Winchester Crown Court, Mr. Breso-Biosca told judges that he matched up with the ‘beautiful’ Spaniard, 28, on Tinder while working as a hotel receptionist in Hampshire’s New Forest.

The two started chatting over the app and agreed to meet the next day.

He told the judges that they went to the Sprinkles ice cream parlor and the Giddy Bridge bar in Southampton.

The 30-year-old hotel employee said they were talking about their family and Brexit: “Everything seemed normal at the time. Only one boy and one girl know each other”.

But he said that while sitting outside the bar, his face changed ‘violently’ and was afraid like ‘someone terrified of an animal’.

“He said he saw his ex-boyfriend and wanted to leave right away,” she said.

They left the bar and headed for his home in the city. On the way back, Mr. Breso-Biosca said he was telling him “the story of this relationship”.

“She said he had drinking problems and was using violence,” he said.

He said that Ourzat was ‘waiting for him on the street outside’ and Mr. Breso-Biosca followed him at his home while waiting outside.

” was telling him to go ‘please go, I don’t want to see you’.

“I heard a scream that I didn’t expect to hear anywhere else. It was him.

“My whole body knew he was afraid.”

Mr. Breso-Biosca told some neighbors that he said ‘call the police and someone help me because he will kill him’.

“I ran to the door, kicked the door and ran into the house.

“She was lying on his back. He was on his throat with one hand.

“As soon as he reached the kitchen door, he grabbed the knife with his other hand.

“He was kneeling on him. He had taken him over completely.

“He was trying to strangle him or suppress him.

“He’s already gone.”

Fearing that ‘he might be the next’, Mr. Breso-Biosca ran away from home and grabbed the phone of his neighbor who called the police.

He told the police ‘hurry because he killed him and we don’t know what to do next’.

Jurors at the trial also heard from 29-year-old Cristina Rodriguez-Lopez, a close friend and roommate of Miss Ortiz-Lozano.

Ms. Rodriguez-Lopez said she fell asleep but woke up when her friend ‘screamed’ for Ourzat to leave the house.

She said she was afraid, so she closed the bedroom door and called the police.

The two Cristinas met at a school in Spain and were in the same class as Ourzat.

Ms. Rodriguez-Lopez said the couple had started their 12-year relationship, but added that ‘there were some breakups’ at the time.

The jury was told that Ourzat, who was working as a baggage attendant on the Southampton docks, had an outburst about his home after the breakup, removing the lamps and radiators from the wall.

The jury heard that Ourzat had been arrested and had bail conditions that drove him away from home and made him contact Ms. Ortiz-Lozano.

However, the court was told that she continued to email her, calling her ‘a bitch’ and a ‘prostitute’.

Ortiz-Lozano told his colleagues on the Norwegian Cruise Line that he was planning to return to Spain to escape Ourzat after this incident and he was afraid of going into work on his own.

Defender Stephen Moses said Ourzat was stabbed in the neck and chest the night he was killed.

Ourzat told the police that he was stabbed by Miss Ortiz-Lozano before killing her.

Alan Mach, one of his neighbors sitting opposite Miss Ortiz-Lozano, told the jury today that he saw ‘insanity’ in his eyes as he entered the crime scene of Ourzat. Mach, 30, said that Ourzat started to get up while holding the knife in a ‘fighting position’, so he closed the kitchen door and left the house.

He returned to the kitchen twice after talking to some neighbors.

Miss Ortiz-Lozano was still on the floor on her last visit to the kitchen, and Ourzat was gone. Ourzat confessed to killing the cruise worker.

He denies the murder, but has previously admitted the crime of manslaughter, with reduced liability.
