A 21-year-old man was taken to court for the murder of a teenager whose body was found on a tribute flooded river bank following his death.
Cole Jarvis is accused of the murder of 17-year-old Connor Lyons, who was on the banks of the Hull River in Ennerdale, East Yorkshire, on Tuesday.
Jarvis, 21, from Bransholme, Stroud Crescent West, was indicted on Friday and appeared before the judges in Hull on Saturday morning.
A representative of the Hull Magistrate’s Court said that he will now appear at the Hull Royal Court on Monday at 10 p.m. to apply for bail.
Cole has been detained again and will appear in a video link on Monday.
His body was found at 08.20 in the morning on January 19, after the police were summoned to the scene.
