Arizona siblings Wiki – Arrest
In connection with the January 6 Capitol riots, the Arizona brothers were arrested.
In connection with the January 6 riots in the US Capitol, a Tucson woman and her brother were arrested.
One possible claim filed in the federal court alleges that five people, including Felicia Konold from Tucson and her brother Cory Konold from Arizona, conspired to block the approval of Electoral College votes that day. They face conspiracy, civil unrest, obstruction of a formal trial, deliberate entry or stay in any restricted building or ground without legal authority, and irregular behavior on the grounds of the Capitol.
The statement shows footage that prosecutors believe were Konolds during the January 6 protests. Prosecutors say the video footage on January 6 also showed the Konolds and other people listed in the declaration “found in various parts of the building” inside the Capitol.
At one point, the statement says law enforcement officers tried to lower a metal barrier to block the tunnels under the Capitol Building. In the affidavit, the video shows both Felicia and Cory Konold, with the help of others, deliberately lifting the barrier and allowing more people to pass. Prosecutors also said they believed Felicia Konold later bragged about the incident in a Snapchat post and was featured in the Kansas City division of the Proud Boys. In the video, he also showed a coin that appears to be part of the band.
