Andreas Niederbichler Wiki
A German doctor who killed his lover by sprinkling cocaine on his penis spoke for the first time to accuse him of being a knowledgeable participant in the sex game.
45-year-old plastic surgeon Andreas Niederbichler was sentenced by a court to nine years in 2019, following the death of 38-year-old Yvonne M, after she heard that she gave drugs with cocaine secretly put into her genitals.
The Niederbichler remained silent during his trial, but when faced with a new unjust death lawsuit filed by Yvonne’s widow and son, he decided to break his silence in order to deny that he was responsible for his death. He also denied giving drugs to three other women when the court was told that he had attached cocaine to his penis during oral, vaginal and anal sex with three women between 2015 and 2018. woman drinks, lipstick and toothpaste.
He told the German newspaper Bild this week, ‘Yes, there was drugs. But I did not give any medicine to any woman without her knowledge. I was looking for a special hit and they joined. ”
Niederbichler also described Yvonne as an ‘experienced’ cocaine user who knew what she got into.
While talking about his trial, it was a ‘mistake’ to remain silent – an act he made on the advice of his lawyers – because that meant that the judge meant that only women heard the events.
Now he says he wants to prove that Yvonne is not criminally guilty of causing her death, but it is unclear how exactly she plans to do so.
The court of appeal has already dropped the case, and the Niederbichler have not provided any new evidence to force them to look at the case again.
Meanwhile, there is an ongoing civil action against the Niederbichs while Yvonne’s husband and son sue her for unjust death and funeral costs.
The two are asking £ 25,000 – 8,750 each as’ survivors’ allowance ‘and £ 7,500 to cover funeral expenses.
According to Bild, the Niederbichs refuse to pay the money. Prior to his incarceration, Niederbichler had worked as the top plastic surgeon at Ameos hospital in Halberstadt, 100 kilometers outside of Hanover.
The court heard that Yvonne was sick before the couple started an affair, ultimately leading to her death in February 2018.
The judges were told during the trial that Niederbichs also used the internet to have sex with other women.
Three other women who had sex with the doctor reported feeling dazed after meeting with him, one reported being involved in two car accidents after one appointment.
Another reported fainting and experiencing nervous twitches.
Niederbichler was found guilty of aggravated rape and bodily harm, which ultimately resulted in death, and was sentenced to nine years in prison.
He objected to the penalty but was denied. Legal case continues.
